Happy Birthday Jason!!

We decided at the last minute to visit Orlando while the kids were on break and also to celebrate Jason's 29th birthday. We were joined by Stacy, Eric, Logan and Lain and we had a BLAST! We visited Sea World and The Magic Kingdom. Photos can be found here. We also stopped by to see Micah, Amy, Nicolae and Michelle in Gainesville. Look out for an update this weekend, as we are going to Tennessee to see my cousin April (who I haven't seen in over 5 years) and her family to celebrate William's 8th birthday!!

Very proud of myself...

Well, I had an order for a 3D Lightning McQueen cake, which I was really anxious about. I was excited to have an excuse to make one, but was nervous because it was a paid order, so I had to make it perfect. I have to say I am pretty darn proud of myself! I think I did a pretty good job!! It is made out of yellow cake and is frosted with a thick layer of vanilla buttercream icing. I covered it with homemade marshmallow fondant and hand piped all of the decorations. I am excited to deliver this one tomorrow, I think they're really going to like it!!

Happy Birthday Jared!!

Jared celebrated his 5th birthday on January 29th! Wow, how time flies! He was very excited to have transformers cupcakes brought to school to share with all of this friends. He also decorated his own Optimus Prime birthday cake. Mike, Melissa and Audrianna came over to share the special day with pizza (the stuffed crust kind, Jared's favorite) and cake. Jared is celebrating his birthday with his friends on Sunday at The Bounce House! Pictures will be posted soon.
