The Pool is Open!!

Yah!! Our pool has been open for a couple of weeks, but it has been a little to cool to visit... until this past weekend. The weather was perfect, so we've been to the pool almost everyday!! The kids love to play and I love to relax and get some sun. Jake is quite the swimmer and has been using his snorkel to breathe. He loves being the shark and chasing after the other kids in the pool. Jared is beginning to dunk his head under the water and practicing kicking his feet and moving his arms at the same time. I have a feeling he'll be right behind Jake by the end of the summer. I have taken a couple of photos of us and our friends, enjoy!!

What Happens in Vegas...

Is really fun!! I met up with Mom, Gina and Jean Ellen in Vegas for Spring Break. We had a blast sightseeing, gambling and seeing a couple of shows. A little late, but... Happy Birthday Jake!!!

I wish I could upload Jake's newborn photos, but they're all neatly glued to one of my most prized possessions, his scrapbook. Boy has he changed in the past 8 years! I can't believe he's nearly ready to move onto 3rd grade!! This past year has really been a year of change for Jake. His personality is really developing into everything I hoped he would be. He's kind, caring and VERY social (a little too much at times). He excels in school and is a wonderful big brother and example to Jared. Right now, he's ready for Summer break to begin so we can go to the pool everyday!! Happy Birthday Jake!!
